10 new packages per billing period; revisions to existing packages included. Unused capacity does not roll over. Cancel before renewal for cancellation at period end. One signed-in workspace. This tool assembles proposals from your inputs; drawing takeoffs, independent pricing research, new lead discovery and direct portal submission are separate. No awards or revenue are guaranteed.
BIDFORGE CONNECT
Your portals, one starting point.
Choose a provider and review how it can connect.
Provider sign-in opens on the provider’s site. BidForge never asks for your portal password. “Requested” means setup is pending; it does not mean connected. Authorization alone does not enable synchronization or submission.
Import from any portal you can export from
Use the BidForge CSV template for an opportunity you are authorized to use. Import fills one draft for review; it does not connect to or scrape the portal.

Review before approval
Downloading or opening an email does not submit a bid. Attach the approved package and send it through the buyer’s required channel. Direct portal submission is not enabled.
