Turn your specialty into growth.

Find projects that need your trade, reduce repetitive takeoff work, and prepare consistent proposals without building a larger estimating department.

  • Repeatable assemblies and templates
  • Alternate and value-engineering logic
  • Proposal-ready qualifications
  • Award-to-operations handoff

Commercial FAQ

Clear terms before commitment.

Is BidForge software or a managed service?

It can be either. Lead Intelligence is a recurring subscription. Estimating and takeoffs are managed, project-scoped services. The Custom Company AI Agent is a configured implementation for your organization.

What makes the custom agent specific to our company?

Its instructions, workflows, knowledge sources, templates, approval gates, user roles, and outputs are configured around your organization. Scope and access are established during discovery and validation.

Does AI make the final estimating decision?

No. BidForge accelerates research, document analysis, estimate structure, and workflow steps. Qualified people retain authority for quantities, pricing, commercial risk, and bid submission.

How does the 2% success fee work?

It applies only to qualifying estimating work that is awarded, subject to the signed customer agreement. The agreement defines attribution, reporting, exclusions, invoicing, and payment timing.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes, when included in scope. The custom-agent discovery process identifies required systems, supported integration methods, data permissions, and the safest deployment path.

Can we start with one service and expand?

Yes. Many contractors can begin with lead intelligence or one estimating engagement, then add a company-specific agent after the workflow and ROI are proven.

Ready for your next project?

Start with qualified leads, add estimating capacity, or deploy an AI agent designed exclusively around your company's knowledge and workflow.
